If sharing with one adult in a double room then the normal double room rate applies. Children aged 3-12 sharing a room with two adults are charged at £20 per child per night for bed and breakfast, meal charges for dinner would apply. Children aged 0-2 are free of charge when using own cot and bedding - also includes complimentary breakfast. Meal charges apply for dinner. If a Cot and/or Bed including bedding is required/used, charge is £10 per night and includes complimentary dinner. If a family room is booked the charge is automatically applied for cot/bedding. Only a limited number of rooms will accommodate an extra bed/cot, please contact the hotel directly to book a room with a child.
Single Occupancy in a Double Room - discount of £20 applies from the double room rate for single occupancy of a double room.
Additional charges apply for a third and fourth adult in a room at £40pppn for bed and breakfast. Only a limited number of rooms will accommodate a third or fourth person, please contact the hotel directly to book a room for more than 2 adults.
One Night Stays

Single Sex Groups
We do not accept single sex groups (stag or hen parties, birthday party groups) except by special arrangement. We would ask that you do not book single sex groups through our website as your booking may be declined on arrival
I am sorry but we do not accept pets staying in bedrooms at the hotel, however, well behaved dogs are welcome in the lounge.
100% of the full cost will be charged at the time of booking. If cancelled up to 7 days prior to the arrival you will be entitled to a full refund. If cancelled with less than 7 days notice or for a no- show then full payment will be retained. Early departures will be charged for the full length of the stay. Refunds within 7 days of bookings will only be made if the hotel is unable to fulfil its legal obligations.
Guests who receive a positive COVID -19 test result or are advised to self-isolate within the cancellation policy are able to move their booking to an alternative date ( subject to availability ) providing the hotel is contacted at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Valid proof of this include a copy of letter,text or email detailing positive test results and/or screen shots from the NHS Test & Trace app emailed to email@example.com. This must be received at least 24 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
Christmas and New Year Tariff
A separate tariff is available for our Christmas and New Year breaks. All deposits paid for Christmas and New Year bookings are non-refundable. 50% of the total cost of the stay is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable by 30th November. We advise all guests to take out holiday insurance to cover loss of deposits especially for Chirstmas and New Year.
Special Offers and Discounted Rates
All Special offers are subject to availability, may be time limited and withdrawn at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated and agreed at the time of booking.
Cash, Cheques and Credit Cards
I am sorry but we no longer accept payment by Cash or Cheque. We do not accept Diners Card or American Express.
Guarantee of Payment of Hotel Charges and Payment of Extras
On arrival you will be asked to sign a registration form guaranteeing payment of all incurred hotel charges. For all bookings, we require a credit or debit card to gaurantee your final account and extras charges. All card records are kept securely and we comply with all legislation for protection of credit and debit card records and data protection. Please note that the Hotel now operates a CASHLESS system, and payments will be required by CARD at time of purchase.
Bookings made via our website or via third party websites are accepted on a provisional basis only and are not confirmed bookings until written confirmation is provided.
